While our products are formulated with safety in mind, we strongly recommend consulting your dermatologist or gynaecologist before starting any new skincare product during pregnancy. Certain active ingredients may not be suitable during this period.
We advise lactating mothers to consult a healthcare professional before using any new skincare products. Some active ingredients may not be recommended during breastfeeding.
Absolutely! Our products are formulated for all skin types and genders. Good skincare has no gender — anyone looking for effective, science-backed products can use them with confidence.
Our products are formulated for adults. Each product page includes information on who the product is best suited for. We recommend checking the product description and consulting our skincare experts via chat if you have any doubts.
Some of our products are suitable for teenagers, particularly gentle cleansers and moisturisers. However, products containing strong actives (like retinol or high-concentration acids) are generally recommended for adults. Always do a patch test and consult a dermatologist if unsure.

Delivery
Yes, there are shipping charges. You can check it before placing a order.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also log in to your account and visit My Orders to track the status in real time. If you face any issues, contact our support team with your order ID.
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines depend on your location:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas: may take additional time
You'll receive updates at every step via email and SMS.
Express delivery options may be available for select pincodes at checkout. If available for your location, you'll see the option and estimated delivery date before placing your order.
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is something we're actively working on — sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on when it becomes available.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please contact our customer care team immediately with your order ID and the updated address. Once an order is dispatched, changes to the shipping address may not be possible.

Everyone’s skin is different. We recommend a Patch Test for sensitive skin or allergies before full application. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and promptly contact our customer care. Please adhere to product usage instructions to minimize any potential risks.

Marketplace
Marketplaces sometimes run their own promotional discounts or cashback offers independent of us. However, the best prices, exclusive bundles, and loyalty rewards are always available directly on our official website and app.
Yes, we are officially listed on major marketplaces. However, please ensure you purchase only from our official brand store on those platforms to guarantee authenticity. If you receive a product that appears fake or tampered, please report it to us immediately.
For product-related queries (usage, ingredients, skin concerns), our support team is happy to help regardless of where you purchased. For order/delivery issues from marketplace purchases, you will need to raise a request directly with the marketplace's customer support.
Payment
You can pay via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, and Cash on Delivery wherever available. All major gateways are securely integrated.
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available at checkout for eligible pincodes. COD availability depends on your location and order value — you'll see whether it's available for your order at checkout.
A small convenience fee is applied to COD orders to cover the additional handling and logistics costs associated with cash collection. This fee will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Please don't worry — your money is safe. This can happen due to a temporary payment gateway issue. Kindly contact our customer care with:
- Your registered email or phone number
- A screenshot of the payment reference (e.g., pay_xxx or UTR number)
Our team will investigate and confirm your order or initiate a refund promptly.
Currently, payment at the time of delivery is only supported in cash (COD). Online payment at doorstep is not available at this time. We recommend paying online during checkout for a smoother experience and to avoid COD charges.
Offer
Offer codes may not apply due to the following reasons:
- The code has expired
- The cart value does not meet the minimum order requirement
- The code is not applicable to the specific products in your cart
- The code has already been used (single-use codes)
If none of the above apply, please contact our support team with the code and a screenshot of the error.
Our promotional offers vary throughout the year. To stay up to date with our latest deals — including BOGO offers — sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram. You can also check the Offers section on our website and app regularly.
Freebies are automatically added when the qualifying conditions are met (e.g., minimum cart value or specific products). If the freebie hasn't appeared, please check that your cart meets all offer conditions. If it still doesn't show, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. Reach out to support if the issue persists.
Order
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos/video of the package received. This helps us investigate quickly and resolve the issue for you.

- Your order ID
- Clear photos or a short video of the damaged product and packaging
We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
We're sorry about the mix-up! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the items you received. We'll arrange to send the correct products and organise pickup of the incorrect ones at no cost to you.
Please first check with your neighbours, building security, or any family members at your address. If the package still cannot be located, contact our support team within 48 hours with your order ID. We'll coordinate with the courier and resolve this promptly.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, log in to your account, go to My Orders, and select the order you wish to cancel. If the cancel option is unavailable, the order may already be in dispatch — in that case, please contact our support team immediately and we'll do our best to help.
